At Mid Murray Support Service, we are dedicated to improving the quality of life of our care recipients, allowing them to live on their terms for as long as possible. As a proud rural-based organisation, we support our community through aged care and disability services, including the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), Home Care Packages, NDIS supports, and soon, Support at Home — the new national aged care reform launching on November 1st, 2025.
We understand how overwhelming navigating the aged care system can be — but you don’t have to do it alone. Our experienced team is here to advocate, guide, and support you through every step. If you are new to the system and exploring what is available to you, or you already have a Home Care Package (HCP), we can help you understand your choices and talk about how to get the most out of your funding.
Thanks to increased demand and word-of-mouth about the support we deliver, we have been, and are still actively building our team, which means that we now have the capacity to take on new Home Care Package care recipients. Looking for meaningful local work? Now is the perfect time to join our team. We’re currently recruiting for: Qualified Support Workers, Cleaners, a Care Plan Advisor, a Bookkeeper, an Operations Assistant, and a Full-Time Rostering Officer.

What’s On at MMSS
There’s always something happening at Mid Murray Support Service, and everyone is welcome to join in the fun, friendship, and connection.
Our Monthly Bus Trips are a highlight for many of our care recipients. Upcoming outings include Virginia Nursery on September 3rd, Popeye River Cruise on October 1st, Mount Barker on November 5th, and our Annual Christmas Shopping Extravaganza at Tea Tree Plaza on December 3rd.
HUB Lunches continue to bring the community together with delicious meals and creative themes. Join us for our upcoming lunches: Italian Feast on August 21st, Father’s Day BBQ and Beer on September 18th, Pretty in Pink on October 16th, Murder Mystery on November 20th, and our Christmas celebration at the Mannum Community Club on December 18th.
